'31 Rolls Royce Henley Roadster
This Phantom II built by Alter Ego MC scored 396 out of 400 points at the Rolls-Royce Owners Club (RROC) meeting in San Antonio, Texas. The owner describes this as being "the best Phantom II chassis and engine currently restored in the world; nothing else comes close," and, apparently, judges agree.
The RROC bestowed this car First Place in the Concours class for Phantom II's, The Virgil Millett, Jr. Award for Best American-Bodied Automobile, and, the Jack Frost Award for the most popular automobile at the annual meet in 2013.
The owner was certainly justified in the great confidence he placed in the expertly seasoned hands of the Master Craftsmen at Alter Ego in The Great American Southwest.
The 1931 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Henley Roadster in the Style of Brewster not only acquired multiple prestigious awards, but, is considered the Best Rolls-Royce Engine and Chassis .... which has ever existed.

The photographs display the parts used, and, the processes used in building this Luxury Vintage Automobile in the consecutive order they were made. The parts displayed were manufactured by the Master Craftsmen at Alter Ego, as these parts were no longer available for purchase. They were obsolete. So the parts were manufactured using the original design and specifications from Rolls-Royce.
Alter Ego Master Craftsmen use American made materials and machine the parts with Alter Ego equipment, in the Shop located in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
